Complaints Procedure

This document outlines the process for customers to follow if they believe that reCoded Solutions Ltd has acted in a manner that seems unreasonable or unfair and it is felt that a complaint should be made.

Internal Compaints

In the first instance, if any of the following apply, you should make a complaint to reCoded Solution Ltd directly:

  • If work or services have been supplied in a sub-standard manner compared with comparable products or services
  • If the product or service provided does not meet minimum standards of quality against comparable market products or services
  • If there is scope to believe that a prduct or service was delivered without required supporting products or services – without which the original product or service cannot be fully utilised
  • If there has been an incident of abuse or negligence on the part of reCoded Solutions Ltd in the delivery or planning of your product or service
  • If the product or service does not meet the originally agreed upon specifications or standards that were agreed prior to any product or service being delivered
  • If there has been an incident of sub-standard support provided after the product or service has been delivered
  • If there is any other question around the level of service received or quality of the product that has been provided.

In the instances above, please contact reCoded Solutions Ltd in order for the infraction to be correccted and any subsequent actions to be taken in accordance with common standard practice in order to return the affected party to a position they would have been in if the incident had not occured.

In the event that a complaint is deemed necessary to fulfill reasonable expectation of service delivery and product quality from reCoded Soltuions Ltd, please use the form below in order to contact reCoded Solutions Ltd to give details of your complaint and an indication of what the acceptable and reasonable outcome will be as a result of the complaint.

External Complaints

Once the Internal Complaints procedure has been followed, if the customer believes that the issue has not been resolved to a reasonable standard, then complaints can be made externally to a formally recognised body to best deal with the nature of complaint.

The internal complaints procedure does not affect Statutory Rights as a consumer and copmlaints can be made beyond and outside of reCoded Solutions Ltd if it deemed that the matter has not been resolved in a satisfactory or fair way.
